The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Ocean Angling and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the Ocean Angling web site.

Making a Purchase
On-line ordering from Ocean Angling is simple and all transactions take place on a secure server, all major Credit and Debit cards are accepted

1. Select the items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed.
2. Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from you only; it is not binding until accepted by us.
3. Any errors or omissions in any sales literature, despatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. The responsibility is Yours for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery, enable us to deliver the goods to the billing address notified by you.
4. We will send you an email accepting your order. Ocean Angling will email you when your goods have been despatched.

Purchase of Knives
By our terms, you must be at least 18 to order bladed items from this site. Falsifying this document is a serious offence; we will prosecute if deemed necessary.
Payments are accepted on all major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All prices quoted for products are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to your billing address but is clearly shown before you checkout. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

If a product offered by Angling Direct itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition
