Defective or Faulty ProductsIf you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services at sales@oceanangling.btinternet.com If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to repair, replace or credit the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase due to misleading or incorrect information given, you may cancel your contract with us and return the goods. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation.
You may be liable for any initial and subsequent shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective..
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address below

We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit. If returned goods are found non faulty, there will be a return fee of the carriage amount
